rape

Are male victims of sex crime less likely to report incidents? I feel males the number of males that report are very slim. Due to the fact that they are afraid that if they tell they will loose their man card or the masculinity. The man wouldn't want to say to anyone that the woman took control of him and raped him. 1.4 percent of men in a national survey said that they had been raped at some point. The study was done by the centers for Disease Control and prevention, found that when rape was defined as oral or anal penetration, 1 in 71 men said they had been raped or had been the target of attempted rape.

Are some rapes taken to far? Some people think that they should get what they gave. Others think that they should be killed/put in prison for life.

teens and drugs

Drugs are all around us and the way that teens can get them and use them is now a cool thing to do. With teens going to parties and someone always bring some type of drug can do harm on someone.

The problem with younger brains is that they get stuck on drug-related stimuli easier. Of all the age groups considered, teens who experiment with drugs are more likely to become addicted than any other age group. With their brains still developing, teens who experiment with drugs are becoming “hardwired” addicts, which is difficult to undo. This probably means that treatment length will probably take longer.

Self Image affecting Teens

Is Societal Pressure on Self Image affecting teens? Are teens excepting to look like what the media shows them as. If you look the media only show teens who are very skinny and attractive because they want their product to sell. This gives the teens different thoughts of how they should dress, what a "model" body is.

For girls its harder due to the fact if they don't look like the models in the media, guys wont like them. Cause most guys look for the model material girl that he sees in the media. They think as the model as the perfect girl and that's all they look for.

Government Assistance

Its it right to drug test people on Government assistance? Many people think that the ones that get government help, don't try to get jobs or go looking for them. They just sit around so that they can collect money. What about people that are getting disability, is it fair to drug test them, if they are getting the same money as the ones who are unemployed? According to http://www.naturalnews.com/038660_government_assistance_taxpayers_welfare.html many people are on government assistance.
